Senior Psychologist to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team supporting Queensmead House School in Windsor and Greenholm School in South West London. Both Ofsted-rated 'Good'. This full-time role offers an opportunity to shape therapeutic environments and lead interventions across both schools and children\'s homes.
Responsibilities
* Deliver individualised therapeutic assessments and interventions for children and young people with autism and additional needs.
* Support the design of therapeutic environments by embedding psychological practices in daily school and residential routines.
* Provide consultation, training, and reflective supervision to education and care staff.
* Formulate clinical approaches in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues and ensure cohesive support plans.
* Promote trauma-informed, neurodiverse-friendly strategies to enhance outcomes for pupils and residents.
* Travel between Queensmead House and Greenholm School as needed to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
* HCPC registration as a Clinical, Educational, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist.
* Significant experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.
* Confidence in clinical formulation, risk assessment, and therapeutic planning.
* Proven ability to provide professional guidance and consultation in education and residential care environments.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
