What We’re Looking For:
* GMC registration with a license to practice
* CCT in General Adult or Forensic Psychiatry
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist
* Proven leadership within multidisciplinary teams
* Strong knowledge of contemporary mental health practices, legislation, and policies
* Experience in rehabilitation or complex mental health care settings
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the Responsible Clinician for adult mental health patients
* Leading and collaborating with experienced multidisciplinary teams
* Supporting service users through recovery-focused, evidence-based interventions
* Driving innovation and service improvement in a supportive environment
