Your new companyJoin an established and reputable design & build contractor operating across London's commercial fit out sector, which specialises in office, retail and hospitality spaces. They deliver projects with a focus on quality, innovation, and timely execution. Their projects range up to £10 million and have become synonymous with excellence in the fit out industry for their unique work spaces.
Your new roleAs the Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a key member of the project delivery team, managing costs and commercial performance across multiple high-profile fit out projects. From tender through to final account, you'll take ownership of procurement, valuations, change control, subcontractor management and cost reporting. Working closely with both pre-construction and site teams, you'll ensure each project remains financially sound and delivered with value in mind.
What you'll need to succeed
* A Quantity Surveying degree (essential)
* Experience with commercial fit out projects in London
* Previous employment with reputable fit out contractors
* A track record of managing costs and packages on fast-paced, design-led schemes
* Excellent negotiation and financial management skills
* The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders
* Demonstrated project delivery from early involvement through final account
* A stable and loyal employment history will be particularly valued
