Your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures to uphold optimal functionality and exceed client expectations.This is a mobile position, covering West & South Yorkshire areas.Package:Competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)Van & fuel card suppliedCore hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)Participation in an out of hours on call rota (to be confirmed)25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysGenerous workplace pension schemeTraining, development & progression opportunitiesResponsibilities:Conduct cooling tower cleaning and disinfections in accordance with regulations.Perform TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing and water sampling.Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) service visits using appropriate tools and systems.Ensure all site L8 logbooks, where acting as the Primary Technician, are accurate and fully up to date.Respond promptly to both verbal and written service requests.Dose inhibitor and biocide chemicals as required.Carry out LTHW (Low Temperature Hot Water) system testing and analysis.Carry out temperature monitoring, showerhead descales, cold water storage tank inspections and cleansQualifications:City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) qualification relevant to the roleUp-to-date knowledge of technical regulations including: water supply, regulations/byelaws, L8 ACOP, HSG274Other relevant industry guidanceProven ability in fault diagnosis and resolution.Full, valid UK driving licence.If you are a dedicated Water Hygiene Engineer, looking for a rewarding career opportunity, please apply with your full CV or contact Amy OShea at CBW Staffing Solutions.TPBN1_UKTJ
