We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK.
They’re looking for a Change Manager with an active eDV.

Tasks
* Lead the end-to-end change approach ensuring adoption across impacted teams
* Manage stakeholder engagement and communications, keeping senior leaders aligned and driving buy-in
* Deliver change readiness, impact assessments, and adoption plans (including training and resistance management)
Requirements
* An independent consultant
* Active Enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV) clearance required
* 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment
