Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Berkshire, Wokingham Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Implement strategies to improve academic performance and social skills Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN Understanding of SEN policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Education: Relevant qualification in Education or Special Education Experience: Previous experience working as a SEN Tutor or in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of different SEN conditions and learning difficulties Ability to create engaging and interactive learning activities Strong problem-solving skills Patience and empathy towards students with SEN Working Conditions: Part-Time hours with flexibility in schedule Work closely with students, parents, and educational staff Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
