The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who:
* has strong testing and inspection experience
* but wants to move beyond a purely compliance-based role
* and be involved in real project delivery
Current workload includes:
* Multiple social housing programmes
* Gas boiler installation scheme
* Two £1m+ residential developments
* Commercial projects up to £600k
What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out and signing off electrical certification
* Supporting delivery across live sites
* Working directly with the Operations Director
* Assisting with technical queries, variations, and project issues
* Getting involved in how projects are actually run — not just inspected

This is a progression role.
If you perform well, you will move into:
* running your own stream of work
* managing projects
* taking ownership of electrical delivery across jobs
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* 2391 or equivalent
* Experience in testing and compliance
* Someone who wants to step up into more responsibility
Salary
£40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience

Midlands-based with site travel
