Kenneth Brian Associates is proud to be working with a growing company in Redhill, who looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. They are looking for someone to commit to 20 hours per week and this can be done over three, four or five days. This is an office based role offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day accounting tasks including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and bank reconciliations
* Processing invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and on time
* Resolving invoice and payment queries in a timely and professional manner
* Supporting month-end procedures and general finance administration
* Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
* Answering incoming phone calls professionally and directing queries appropriately
* Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams as required
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work well as part of a team
