The Patient Pathway Coordinator will work as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams, providing a proactive and facilitative clinical pathway navigation service. This role involves supporting clinical teams to ensure patient care is delivered effectively and in a timely manner, in accordance with national guidance.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Providing efficient administrative support to consultants and their teams
* Collaborating closely with staff and other health professionals to ensure a first-class service
* Being an active and supportive member of the cancer department
* Handling calls, managing referrals, pathway management & bookings, communication, liaison, and supporting clinical teams
