As CDP your responsibilities will include :
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Preparing and cook fresh local food for restaurant and functions
Ordering and maintaining stock levels
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Ideal role for someone looking to learn in a busy environment from talented chefs
The CDP Requirements :
Already working as Commis Chef in a fresh food environment with minimum 6 months experience
NVQ2 or College Qualified
Enthusiastic with positive attitude. Keen to learn.

The Ideal chef should be:
Someone who loves Sporting events
Passionate about food and continually pushing standards
A team player with an outgoing and self starter attitude
