We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Customer Communications Manager to join a Financial Services firm during an exciting period of transition. Unlike a traditional marketing role, this position focuses on Regulatory and Operational Communications. You will be the bridge between internal governance and clients, ensuring that every message is clear, compliant, and supportive of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality, accurate customer communications that translate complex regulatory requirements into easy-to-understand language.
* Quickly learn and operate within the firms internal governance and operating models to ensure all comms meet strict legal and compliance standards.
* Play a pivotal role in the roll out of our new acquiring platform, ensuring customers are well-informed as they migrate or join the new service.
* Work closely with Legal, Risk, and Product teams to sign off on business-critical communications under tight deadlines.
* Maintain a high bar for accuracy, ensuring clear, essential information for merchant partners.
The Ideal Candidate
* You have a proven track record in copywriting, specifically within a corporate or financial services environment.
* You arent intimidated by red tape. You understand how to get things through "Governance" and can adapt to a large-scale operating model quickly.
* You understand that "Regulatory" doesnt mean "Boring." You take pride in clarity and precision over flashy sales copy.
* You can jump into a 3-month high-need project and deliver value from week one.
