Are you an excellent minute taker? Do you have administrative experience and want to develop your skills further? If so, we would love to hear from you and discuss an opportunity to come and work with us.
The Business and Administration Division provides administration, clerical and project support to professional colleagues working in West Lothian Health & Social Care Partnership (WLHSCP). This role involves tasks that could be described as PA-type tasks, but our role is much more than that. We are looking to attract candidates with significant experience in business and administration tasks. We support and encourage you to develop your administrative skills, helping you enhance your secretarial and clerical capabilities. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team, develop your skills, and support the functions of WLHSCP.
We are seeking someone with strong communication, organizational, and minute-taking skills for this role.
Due to anticipated high interest, early application submission is recommended as the vacancy may close early once sufficient applications are received.
Please ensure your application is submitted early; late applications cannot be accepted.
The email address provided will be used for notifications. Please check your Junk and Spam folders as notifications may be directed there.
We support disabled candidates, candidates with long-term conditions, and neurodivergent individuals by making reasonable adjustments to our recruitment practices.
From 1 April 2025, legislative changes may require a different level of criminal records check. If the role is classified as a "regulated role," your appointment will be subject to the PVG Scheme. Any changes to the current requirements will be communicated by the Hiring Manager or Recruitment Team. For more details, visit: Disclosure Scotland Changes.
Note: As this is a part-time position, the salary will be prorated.
