Our vibrant 120-room hotel, based on a Cinema Theme, is perfectly situated in the heart of Ealing, just a 6-minute walk from the Elizabeth Line, with easy access to Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre and direct connections to Paddington.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
* Convey the hotel’s brand image and service culture through exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, and strong presence in operations.
* Build strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and resolving complaints efficiently.
* Provide guidance, support training, and lead the team.
Your Skills And Experience Include
* Have previous experience in a similar related role in a hotel.
* Be hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a high level of guest service.
* Be confident and willing to push boundaries to create the best work atmosphere for your team, to manage, train, and develop.
* Be solution-driven, autonomous, and confident in your decision-making.
* Possess excellent communication and financial skills.
