The Role
Fortem is looking for the right people to join as leaders to support our ambitious growth plans.
Having the right leaders ready at the right time is key to our growth, and we are therefore recruiting for General Managers in advance of new contracts starting. In doing so, we can give leaders that are new to the business or industry up to a year to understand our business, culture, processes and systems before leading their own contract.
This allows us to give our new leaders a ‘soft landing’ into the business and also enables us to transition suitable candidates from other sectors with transferrable skills.
We are therefore recruiting General Managers nationally. You will initially work alongside an established General Manager but will also have a bespoke training and development plan and your development will be supported by a dedicated board level sponsor.
The development of our people is at the core of our business ethos, and this recruitment campaign is a demonstration of that commitment. We are looking for people that would appreciate this opportunity and want to join a growing business.
We offer excellent salary as well as the following benefits:
• The opportunity to participate in a bonus scheme linked to achievement of business objectives
• Salary sacrifice company car OR basic salary + Motor Expenditure Allowance
• 29 days annual leave + bank holidays & your birthday off
• Annual pay review
• 26 weeks full pay maternity leave
• 8 weeks full pay paternity leave
• Discounted gym memberships at national and local gyms
