Support to develop and enhance nursing practice
The successful candidate will:
1. Support the development and enhancement of nursing practice, skills, and competencies within the inpatient setting through various methods, with a focus on direct ‘shop floor’ practice.
2. Share good practice within AAU services in line with local, Trust, and national standards and policies.
3. Develop innovative, evidence-based clinical nursing practices aligned with agreed priorities, standards, policies, and guidance, ensuring nurses at all levels are involved.
4. Facilitate dissemination of new and updated policies and guidance, and audit their application in practice.
5. Collaborate with the wider leadership team to develop and deliver workshops, training, and education aligned with service and local priorities.
