We are recruiting on behalf of our client: A Building Fabric Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects relating to the building fabric (e.g., walls, floors, windows, doors, finishes, and external works). The role ensures that projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Main Duties are but not limited to. Project Management: Lead and manage building fabric projects from inception to completion, including refurbishment, maintenance, and new works. Prepare project scopes, specifications, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate procurement, contractor appointments, and supplier management. Monitor project progress, identifying risks, delays, or cost overruns and implementing corrective actions. Ensure works comply with building regulations, company standards, and statutory requirements. Carry out site inspections, quality audits, and ensure technical accuracy of building fabric works. Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental best practices on all projects. Carry out risk assessments and ensure method statements are implemented effectively.
