We’re looking for a Maintenance Control Engineer to join our Engineering team. Adventure & Belonging: Battlefield tours, adventure training, and family fun days. What you'll be doing Provide engineering support and coordinate technical data to maintain fleet serviceability. Communicate daily fleet status updates to all relevant stakeholders. Deputise for the Maintenance Control Supervisor when required. Actively participate in MSIM and UTOS, focusing on Cure periods, UTOS events, and ADD management. Oversee fleet compliance and ensure regulatory adherence (Part M, Part CAMO, Part 145). Support AOG recovery and emergency response situations. Maintain accurate records, shift handovers, and flight operations updates. Collaborate with flight crew, engineers, and customers to ensure timely and effective communication. Provide technical support across main base and deployed locations. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and UTOS analysis. What you'll bring UK CAA Part-66 B1 or B2 Licence with Airbus A330 Type Rating. Experience with A330 MRTT aircraft and Maintenance Control environments. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience using RUSADA Envision for technical management. Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Safety-first mindset with a customer-focused approach.
