Restaurant Manager Birmingham
I'm currently looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at a well-regarded Birmingham restaurant offering a relaxed, casual dining experience focused on fresh seasonal produce and an exceptional wine list.
This is a floor-led role, ideal for someone who enjoys being present during service, leading by example and creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere for guests. Alongside running lunch and dinner services, the role will also include some administrative and office duties to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
The menu offers a flexible dining experience, from snacks and small plates to larger dishes, with d a strong reputation for its seafood platters. Guests can drop in for a few plates and wine or enjoy a full three-course meal.
Working Pattern
5 days per week Wednesday to Sunday
Average 45 hours, flexibility to work up to 50 hours when required
Open from 12 noon for lunch and dinner
Salary
Circa £35,000 per annum
