Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update project schedules in Microsoft Project, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are accurate.
* Gather, collate, and organise data from internal teams, acquired businesses, and external partners.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers, and change requests.
* Liaise with stakeholders (internal departments, acquisition partners, suppliers) to obtain required information and updates.
* Support integration activities post-acquisition, including data migration, process alignment, and stakeholder communications.
* Update and maintain contact lists, stakeholder maps, and project distribution lists.
* Flag potential risks, issues, or delays to the project lead for resolution
* Have a good understanding of the workflow from start to finish across the company
* Stay up-to date with the latest processes
* Complete ad-hoc works as required
Required Skills:
* Ability to manage a wider and complex workload and manage conflicting priorities
* A systems thinker with the ability to problem solve and have root cause identification skills.
* Ability to work on team initiative and prioritise workloads
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* To work effectively in a team
