We are currently seeking a Senior Director to join our Corporate Simplification Restructuring team in London. This is a unique opportunity to support with the growth of our Corporate Simplification offering in the UK. The Kroll Restructuring practices' aim is to provide effective solutions to its clients. This includes Corporate Simplification ("CS"). Our CS clients are wide ranging and include large listed and privately owned corporates, entrepreneurs, family offices, private equity houses, accountants and solicitors. The nature of our work covers entity rationalisation, managed exit, tax effective return of capital, demergers and other aspects of solvent restructuring. RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively ensure all cases are progressed in a timely manner, overseeing case team members' work and taking control of tasks where required; Be able to work on several different assignments effectively at one time; Identify and discuss with the IP any issues and obstacles as they arise, suggesting solutions to overcome and progress matters, and provide regular updates to the IP; Undertake financial analysis of statutory accounts and management information, Assume responsibility for, build and maintain key stakeholder relations and liaise with clients, clients' employees, and their professional advisors as necessary, including attending client premises as required Leading and contributing to business development and operational efficiency initiatives; Assist in the preparation of tenders for new work liaising with other offices and service lines as appropriate; REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 10 years' Restructuring experience working on Corporate Simplification engagements and UK Insolvency processes Qualified ACA / ACCA and ideally CPI / JIEB Desire to build and maintain work winning relationships and win in the market Commensurate knowledge of Insolvency Act and Rules; About Kroll In a world of disruption and increasingly complex business challenges, our professionals bring truth into focus with the Kroll Lens.
