Role Overview
What will you be doing?
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre.
1. Achieve personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customers.
2. Identify parts accurately to meet customer requirements.
3. Utilize all product promotions effectively to reach specific targets.
4. Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity.
6. Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits.
7. Provide high-quality customer service by understanding their needs, responding to requests, processing orders, and offering expert advice.
8. Communicate promptly with customers regarding their credit status.
9. Support the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer service and good working relationships.
10. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to meet sales targets and ensure a coordinated sales approach.
11. Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries within KPIs, using the approved greeting.
12. Use all systems properly and accurately to search and order parts.
13. Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.
14. Manage cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines outlined in the Operations Manual.

As part of the Volkswagen Group, TPS includes brands like Audi, SEAT, KODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of Centres with a dedicated workforce committed to creating a motivating and inclusive environment that recognizes and rewards its employees, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Launched as a new brand concept in 2006, TPS is based on an Agency Model, stocking and selling on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the expansion of its Centres nationwide.
Essential Skills
What are we looking for?
* A self-starter with a proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
* Confident and capable communicator with experience in fast-paced or telesales environments.
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building strong stakeholder relationships.
* A team player with the motivation and determination to meet individual and sales targets weekly and monthly.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
* IT literate, preferably with good knowledge of MS Excel.
* Enthusiastic about the automotive industry.
