My client is a Prestige Dealership near Enfield who are looking to recruit an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their existing team.
As a Fleet Administrator, you will need to provide the best level of service to all customers / leasing Companies. The role will require you to be the first point of contact for Corporate customers, processing vehicle sales orders, and keeping customers updated throughout the ordering process. You will also support Corporate Managers with lead generation, producing, and sending vehicle quotes to customers.
Fleet Administrator Role:
* Assist in the daily running of the Corporate Department
* Respond promptly and professionally to all email alerts
* Provide accurate lead times to customers/clients
* Pass all new orders to the Corporate Manager
* Assist with the ordering of new vehicles with the manufacturer
* Prepare the internal file, ensuring specifications are checked and agreed with the customer
* Confirm onward delivery to the customer and arrange transportation, adhering to mile restrictions
* Assist Department Managers in resolving queries, including debtors
* Answer the corporate phone promptly to ensure a quick response to all corporate customers
* Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Fleet Administrator – Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within the motor trade, ideally as a Sales Administrator, CRM database Administrator, or Fleet Administrator
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
* Ability to collate and record information accurately
* Ability to work to targets and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both via telephone and written
Package:
Basic Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 per annum (depending on previous automotive experience)
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
