In this role, you'll support the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the school estate, carrying out first-fix repairs, general maintenance tasks, and supporting the smooth running of the site. You'll also work closely with subcontractors, visitors, and suppliers on site, helping ensure the facilities remain safe, compliant, and well-presented
The ideal candidate will have practical maintenance or trades experience alongside a positive and approachable attitude. You'll be comfortable working hands-on, communicating with contractors and visitors, and keen to continue developing your skills through further training and progression opportunities.

The Role:
*Carry out first-fix repairs and general maintenance across the school site.
*Support the upkeep and presentation of buildings, facilities, and grounds.
*Assist with the coordination and supervision of subcontractors on site.
*Act as a professional and approachable first point of contact for visitors and contractors.
*Work closely with the estates and site management team on day-to-day operations.
*Undertake in-house and external training opportunities to develop technical skills.
The Person:
*General maintenance or trades experience.
*Practical and hands-on with good problem-solving ability.
*Comfortable dealing with visitors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
*Keen to learn and develop through ongoing training.
*Reliable, approachable, and able to work well within a team.
*Must live within a commutable distance to Poole
