We seek a positive, committed, compassionate professional to join our friendly team at this growing, independent special needs school for pupils aged 6-17, opened in September 2019.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to work alongside the Head Teacher. Responsibilities include organizing, planning, and managing the school's business operations, training staff, ensuring compliance with data protection laws, managing budgets, contracts, policies, and assisting with HR tasks.
Applicants must have substantial recent school-based business management experience, including line management, budget management, strategic planning, bookkeeping (preferably QuickBooks), invoicing, and contract management.
Ownership and use of a car, along with a full driving license, are essential due to the rural location and occasional off-site activities.
We will shortlist and interview as applications are received, so early application is encouraged.
All positions are subject to safeguarding checks, including DBS and social media checks, with references prior to appointment.
