Role Overview
The PPC Specialist reports to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and is responsible for scaling performance across Google, Microsoft, and Apple Paid Search accounts to support Jet2’s holiday business.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Run PPC accounts day‑to‑day, conducting keyword research, reviewing search terms and creating ad copy aligned with sales and promotions.
* Manage bids and budgets, using analytics to understand performance and deliver recommendations.
* Take ownership of specific areas such as sub‑brands, campaign types, and platforms, acting as go‑to person and designing structured tests to optimise campaigns.
* Balance routine tasks with proactive work to identify and seize new opportunities for the channel.
* Work with the PPC team and other teams (social, advertising, content, creative, web analytics) to achieve shared goals, present work to leads and managers, and participate in reviews and supplier calls.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of paid search, deep knowledge of interfaces, operations and industry trends.
* Experience executing core daily Paid Search campaign management and proven track record of achieving results.
* Ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualisation).
* Excellent communication skills – able to articulate insights and present ideas to stakeholders.
* Natural problem‑solver with a keen eye for process development and improvement.
