Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Company Secretarial and Governance Team with administrative tasks.
* Assist in preparing for governance meetings, creating meeting packs and coordinating reports.
* Implement efficient internal processes and documentation to ensure smooth operations.

Our ideal candidate has a Law Degree or similar qualification, at least 2 years of relevant work experience, and knowledge of Diligent. They should also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
