Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Experience in a 2nd line support capacity – telephone, email, etc.
2. Knowledge of Active Directory
3. Experience with Exchange
4. Networking skills – DNS, Firewalls, Routers
Desired Skills and Certifications:
* Certifications such as MCITP, CompTIA, Network+
* Experience in an MSP environment
