Relationship Director – Real Estate Finance, Northern Home Counties
We’re working with a leading UK bank on an exciting opportunity within their high-performing Commercial Real Estate team.
This role will see you manage and grow a portfolio of SME real estate clients across Northern Home Counties, delivering a standout client experience while driving income, lending growth and market share.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and developing a portfolio of real estate SME clients
* Driving income growth, balance sheet expansion & new client acquisition
* Leading on lending assessments and structuring tailored solutions
* Building strong networks with introducers, professionals & internal teams
* Acting as a key ambassador in your local market
What we’re looking for:
* Strong real estate finance & credit experience
* Proven track record in originating and growing client relationships
* Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver results
* Excellent relationship-building skills across professional networks
