We are working with a successful mechanical and electrical provider who are looking for a FM Helpdesk Coordinator who will work as the main point of contact for new and existing customers, liaising with engineers and streamlining business operations. Log helpdesk calls and schedule planned/reactive maintenance using internal CAFM systems. Coordinate engineers calendars and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion. Update client systems with job status and documentation, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs. Liaise with clients and internal teams on job progress, escalations, and service delivery. Handled general admin duties including reporting, invoicing, purchase orders, and records management.
