Role Description
As a Junior Engineer at MA24, you will work on diverse projects in the pharmaceutical and high-technology sectors. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the City of Bristol, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. Your responsibilities will include supporting the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and cGMP standards. Additionally, you will contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, perform data analysis, and assist in problem-solving to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
* Technical skills in engineering principles, process controls, and automation
* Expertise in design and planning tools, as well as experience with capacity planning and facility design
* Knowledge of compliance standards such as cGMP/cGLP and experience with commissioning, qualification, and validation
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
* Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or high-technology industries is a plus
* Proficiency in engineering and project management software is advantageous
