What You Will Do:
- Build and assemble systems according to provided instructions and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the build process.
- Perform precise panel wiring of small components, following detailed electrical schematics.
- Execute tasks in line with the Production Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Actively participate in and initiate continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Conduct task risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a production schedule.
- Strong team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Good working knowledge of panel wiring and the ability to interpret electrical drawings.
- HNC qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience working in a continuous improvement environment and familiarity with electrical assembly processes, including stripping, crimping, and terminating cables.
