Customer Service Representative Job
Job Description:
The role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be the face of our store, responsible for ensuring customers receive a great shopping experience. This includes responding to queries, championing our products, and working in our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers
* Support colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Ensure the store is safe and legal by maintaining stocked shelves and accurate pricing
* Help introduce new products and services by sharing experiences with colleagues
* Get involved in local community activities and events
