About the Role: As an SEMH Teacher, you will deliver engaging and adapted lessons while supporting students’ emotional and behavioural development. You will play a key role in creating a safe, predictable classroom environment that encourages participation, progress, and positive relationships. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH. Create a structured and supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour. Support students with emotional regulation and social development. Work closely with support staff, SEN teams, and external professionals. Monitor and record student progress, behaviour, and engagement. Build strong, consistent relationships to encourage trust and motivation. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience. Experience working with students with SEMH or challenging behaviour is desirable. Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
