The role:
As a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor within this team, you will be:
* Handling complex shareholder, director, and partnership disputes
* Managing injunctive relief work & contractual claims
* Overseeing a caseload of 40-50 active files
* Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior fee earners
About You:
* 10+ years PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor
* Strong expertise in high-value disputes & injunctive relief
* Proven leadership & supervision of junior legal staff
* Broad knowledge of litigation with a proactive, results-driven mindset
