Roles Available: * Primary Teachers (EYFS, KS1, KS2) * Teaching Assistants (Level 2 and Level 3) * SEN Support Assistants * Pastoral and Behaviour Support Staff Key Responsibilities: For Teachers: * Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum. * Assess and track pupil progress to support learning outcomes. * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers. For Support Staff: * Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils. * Assist with the preparation of resources and classroom activities. * Support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). * Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being. Requirements: * Relevant qualifications for your role (e.g., QTS for Teachers, Level 2/3 TA for Support Staff). * Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential for support roles. * A passion for supporting children’s learning and development. * Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
