Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Administrator based in Bushey. The Sales Administrator will manage administrative tasks, assist with processing customer orders, support sales operations, and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the team, and maintaining accurate records to contribute to seamless operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and provide a positive experience
* Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales activities to facilitate smooth transactions and support the sales team
* Experience in Administrative Assistance, including handling documentation, scheduling, and maintaining records
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
* Experience in a sales or customer service environment is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
