KEY RESPONSILIBITIES:
1. Assist the Admissions Department with implementation of the student recruitment portion of the College's marketing strategic plan in a way that translates the College's mission and vision statements into sound student recruitment strategies
2. Perform administrative duties including development and completion of progress reports for the Director of Admissions
3. Plan recruitment activities and other extraordinary events in collaboration with deans, program chairs, faculty, and staff to ensure quality representation of the university's programs
4. Collect and prepare proper documentation for reconciliation and reimbursement of expenses
5. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Admissions
6. Work collegially and professionally with students, employees, and external university constituents
Required Qualification:
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
8. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and computer skills
9. Previous experience working in a university admissions office
10. Previous work experience as an educator in a primary, secondary, or collegiate setting 4. Proven track record building relationships with educators in local, regional, or national school systems
11. Enhanced DBS on the update service
