Job Description
* Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs.
* Assess players skill and provide constructive feedback.
* Design training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
* Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training.
* Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
* Assist with the development of junior players.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during the sessions.
* Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a padel Coach, with relevant coaching qualifications.
* Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
* Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skills.
* Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
