He has some anxiety around noise so prefers to avoid busy situations, particularly those where lots of young children may be. Main Duties To support young person: · In the home and gain independence · Take to activities such as cinema, and country walks, etc. Essential Criteria · Experience of working with young people with autism · Non-smoker · Must have use of own vehicle. · A calm and patient personality Personal Qualities & Attributes Required · Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. · Excellent timekeeping. · Some previous PA experience would be advantageous but not essential. · Good communication and social skills. · To respect confidentiality and privacy. Location: Southdown, BANES. Hours: 6 hours per month all year round @ £12.82 per hour 6 hours per week during school holidays (13 weeks) @ £12.21 Holiday: 5.6 weeks per year including bank holidays (pro rata for part time).
