Housing Applications Coordinator We’re looking for a proactive and organised Housing Applications Coordinator to join our team. 1x Full-time, permanent position, available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £29,805 per annum, rising to £32,807 per annum after key competencies of the role are met. Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, this role contributes to the delivery of an effective and efficient housing application and allocation service. Acting as the first point of contact for application case reviews, in order to ensure decisions are consistent and in line with the Shared Lettings Policy. This role requires active engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including team members, customers, and partner organisations. The role also involves providing input and support in key decision-making forums. To be successful in the role of Housing Applications Coordinator our new team member will be educated to Level 2/HNC in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
