Billingham | £24,000 - £26,000 Basic + Commission | OTE £28,000 - £30,000 pa |

The Opportunity
Based in Billingham, this is primarily an office-based Property Manager role where you’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
You’ll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring all properties remain fully compliant throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Progress tenant applications from offer through to move-in
* Prepare tenancy agreements and associated legal documentation
* Manage tenancy renewals and negotiations
* Coordinate compliance and safety certification renewals including Gas Safety, EICR and EPCs
* Handle maintenance issues efficiently from initial report to resolution
* Liaise daily with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Ensure all lettings compliance and documentation is accurate and up to date
* Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 6 months’ experience within lettings or property management
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, proactive, and solution-focused approach
* Knowledge of lettings legislation is beneficial, but training will be provided
Salary & Benefits
* £24,000 - £26,000 basic salary depending on experience
* Commission on lettings fees
* OTE £28,000 - £30,00 pa
