Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a residential conveyancer who: Has 3 years’ PQE (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer). Can manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision. Has experience handling a varied range of residential matters (training available on specific areas if required). Is a friendly, team-focused professional who will integrate well into a close-knit team. Salary & Benefits £35,000–£45,000, depending on experience. Clear progression opportunities Flexitime, with the ability to accrue up to four extra days off per year. Hybrid working, with a minimum of three days in the office. 35-hour working week.
