An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geotechnical Associate Director to join a growing multi:disciplinary engineering and design consultancy delivering complex projects across infrastructure, transport, utilities, energy and critical sectors. This Geotechnical Associate Director role will be based near Crawley and will play a key part in leading geotechnical projects, managing client relationships, mentoring engineers and supporting wider business growth.

Key responsibilities for the Geotechnical Associate Director:

Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects
*
Oversee site investigations, reporting and technical reviews
*
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
*
Mentor and support junior engineers and project teams
*
Contribute to business development and project delivery strategy
*
Work closely with civil, structural and environmental teams
Requirements to be considered:
*
Significant UK geotechnical engineering experience
*
Strong technical and commercial awareness
*
Previous leadership or project management experience
*
Chartered status or working towards Chartership preferred
*
Full UK driving licence required
*
Full right to work in the UK
*
Must live in or near to the Crawley office
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
