Contract Cleaning Manager
North East regional role
Full time - £35,500 + Benefits

We have an exciting vacancy for a full time Cleaning Contract Manager, working across the North East as part of the Engineering team to support Arriva’s vision and growth strategy.
Reporting to the Fleet Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the overall area cleaning contract for buildings and vehicles across the region.
1. Closely manage contract cleaning company.
2. Carryout monthly audits of buildings and vehicles
3. Monitor KPIs and compile monthly KPI report.
4. Leasing with both internal and external stake holders to ensure all KPI’s are met
5. Agree monthly invoice before payment.
6. Managing budgets, labour requirements, and project timescales
7. Assisting with the procurement of new contract work
8. Producing project plans and setting programme targets
9. Responsible for health, safety and environmental standards being implemented and maintained
10. Development and training of staff
11. Produce all necessary internal and external reports and ensure all operations are being carried out in line with contract
Role Requirements
12. Experience of multi-site contract management within a commercial environment
13. Experience or knowledge of cleaning related industry practices
14. The proven ability to produce clear written reports
15. The proven ability to communicate effective in writing and verbally at all levels
16. IT skills including use of Excel to intermediate level
17. The ability to produce and deliver financial information for both finance and non-financial colleagues
18. To be able to work a flexible time pattern in order to suit the needs of the business. This will include working nights, weekends or early morning starts on a regular basis
19. A full current (UK) driving licence (car)
