This role is a 3-6 month contract with strong potential to become permanent.
This opportunity is ideal for an immediately available qualified accountant at the Associate Director or Senior Manager level, with experience in Corporate Finance, M&A or Transaction Services, looking to take a lead role in a high-impact environment.
Salary/benefits:
* Day rate or FTC depending on experience
* Hybrid working model (requirements 1-2 days a week in Manchester)

Job Duties:
1. Lead financial due diligence, valuation modelling and commercial assessments for potential acquisitions
2. Develop investment appraisals and present recommendations to the Board
3. Support deal execution including structuring, negotiation, and post-deal activity
4. Partner with internal teams and external advisers across the full transaction lifecycle
