As a Staff Nurse in our hospital, you'll be attentive, focused, detail-oriented and empathetic. You're registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. With post-registration experience, you're a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:
* Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service, engaging key stake holders and patients
* Drive the Nuffield values daily.
* As the first point of contact you will work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery in line with local and national polices and processes
* Key understanding of latest best practise around pre assessment process and pathways, leading to a safe and effective patient experience
* Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family and engaging them in their pathways and decision.
* Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care
* Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities, driving peer and self-reflective processes and continuous practice development.
* Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
