Hygiene Operative:
We are seeking a Hygiene Operative to undertake all aspects of hygiene procedures within an ice cream manufacturing environment. Prior hygiene experience is essential, along with knowledge of using cleaning chemicals.
The role involves understanding legislation and guidelines related to the manufacture of bakery and dairy products, including risk management, health and safety, and food safety. The candidate will develop Level 3 Critical Control Point plans for Hazard Analysis, Threat Assessment, and Vulnerability Assessment (HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP).
Responsibilities include taking and analyzing product samples to support laboratory investigations, interpreting data, and proposing actions. The role also requires compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and organizational requirements concerning health, safety, food safety, and hygiene. Additionally, the candidate will undertake environmental audits and provide recommendations.
