The Role 🎯
* You’ll own your market from the ground up - building relationships, defining your niche, and delivering quality. You’ll have full trust from leadership to run your desk how you see fit.
* You’ll be joining a tight, collaborative team already covering JavaScript, .NET, Product, Data/AI & Exec Search, with plenty of space to carve out your own specialist patch.
* No activity trackers or tick-box meetings. Just genuine trust, flexibility, and the space to perform at your best.
About You 🔎
* A self-sufficient 360 recruiter with a track record of billing and building a market in tech.
* You know your niche (or have a clear plan for one) and can run it self sufficiently - whether that be Software, Data, AI, Product, Engineering, ERP, Cyber, or another tech-adjacent area.
* Confident, commercially sharp, and motivated by success - not by someone else’s targets.
* Ideally based in or around Manchester / North West, but open to remote for the right person.
