Role Overview
We’re looking for a Qualified Accountant to join our Fresca Finance team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this role manages and oversees financial accounting and reporting for the head office. Responsibilities include ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, managing intercompany transactions, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Collaboration with the Group finance team and department heads is essential to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive process improvements to enhance finance team efficiency.
2. Manage intercompany transactions, ensuring proper recording, reconciliation, and policy alignment.
3. Ensure timely submission of financial information for external compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and statutory filings.
4. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
5. Maintain internal controls and accounting practices in line with governance standards and regulations.

Working Hours & Location
* Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, onsite in Paddock Wood, Kent.
