* Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (based on experience)

Academics is working in close partnership with a well-regarded Clacton primary school known for its inclusive approach, supportive leadership, and commitment to pupil wellbeing. This is a rare opportunity to secure a permanent SEN LSA role at a school where staff are truly valued and professional development is a priority.
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH challenges. You'll deliver both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
? We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs
* A nurturing, proactive, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Confidence working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or SEN (desirable)
